Since Veri-Call is customizable, your message options are virtually endless. It is
up to you and it only takes moments to record your message. Best of all they are
as natural sounding as if you were making the call yourself.

Here are some examples that you could follow:
Basic Reminder:
"Hello, this is
Stacy from Dr. Major's office calling to remind you of your
appointment with us on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Please press 1 to confirm
your appointment, please press 2 if you would like us to call you back and
reschedule your appointment, or press 3 in order to hear this message again.
Thank you and have a great evening."

If Option 1 is pressed the client will
hear...
Thank you for confirming your appointment
with Dr. Major. Please remember
to bring all of your current medication and
arrive 15 minutes early.
- If Option 2 is
pressed the client will hear...
Thank you for rescheduling your appointment.
Someone from Dr. Major's
office will call you in the next 2 business days
to reschedule your appointment.

New Services:
"Hello, this is Kathryn with Hair Cuts R Us to tell you about or new service.
We now verify appointments via computer. If you fill out a questionnaire

again, please press 1. Thank you and have a great evening."
New Location:
"Hello, this is Dr. Nabors with Nabors Veterinary services. We are calling
to let you know that we will be moving January 15th. With the expansion
of our community and larger client base, we have outgrown our current
facility. The new address will be 2000 Main, just across from Kroger. Thank

Pre-Op / Post-Op calls:
"Hello, this is Elizabeth with Jones Dentistry, I am calling to remind you
to not eat or drink anything after Midnight tonight. Thank you and rest
well."
Birthday Greetings:
"Hello, this is Peggy with PhotoMax. We are calling to wish you a very
happy birthday!! If you come in this week and mention that you got this call,
we will give you a 15% discount on any of our services. Once again, HAPPY
BIRTHDAY!
