Since Veri-Call is customizable, your message options are virtually endless.  It is
up to you and it only takes moments to record your message.  Best of all they are
as natural sounding as if you were making the call yourself.


Listen to an example message !  (example is of a Dr's Office)

Here are some examples that you could follow:

Basic Reminder:
"Hello, this is John from American Home Medical.  We are calling to confirm
that you are still using the wheelchair we provided.  If the equipment is still in
use, please press 1 on your phone.  If the patient has been admitted to a hospital,
nursing home, or hospice care in the last 30 days, please press 2.  If the patient is
no longer using the wheelchair please press 3.  If you have any questions or need
a customer service representative to call you, please press 4 and one of our
representatives will call you within 2 business days.  Thank you.


Diabetic Example:
"Hello, this is Kathryn from American Home Medical calling to check on your
Diabetic Medication level and supplies.  Please press 1 if you need more Diabetic
medication.  Please press 2 if you need diabetic supplies.  Please press 3 if you
need both medication and supplies.  Please press 4 to hear this message again.

if option 1 is pressed the patient will hear...
Thank you, we will deliver more medication in 2 business days.  Please arrange
for someone to be home to take the delivery.

- if option 2 is pressed the patient will hear...
Thank you, we will deliver more diabetic supplies in 2 business days.  Please
arrange for someone to be home to take the delivery.

Thank you, we will restock your medication and supply order in 2 business days.

Nebulizer Example:
"Hello, this is Heather from American Home Medical calling to check on your
Nebulizer medication level and supplies.  Please press 1 if you need more Nebulizer
medication.  Please press 2 if you need another Nebulizer kit.  Please press 3 if you
need both medication and a kit.  Please press 4 to hear this message again.
